Once these items leave our warehouse, they will be considered used and therefore cannot be returned. Damages and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it. For returns, the shipping costs for both sending and returning will be borne by the buyer, totaling 35% of the order amount. We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you according to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
